The parade starts at Asbury Elementry at 10 AM and will end at Fox Hill Neighborhood Center at 11 AM.
Parade Entry Information
We’re hoping for festive parade entries celebrating our neighborhood’s history, present, and future.
Applicant agrees to the following rules and restrictions:
Please submit your entry application as soon as possible and no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2023.
Applications may be submitted by online form, emailed to FoxHillCtr@gmail.com, mailed, or dropped off at the Fox Hill Neighborhood Center, 65 Hall Road.
All units and participants be lined up in the back parking lot of Francis Asbury Elementary School, 140 Beach Road by the softball field, no later than 9:30 a.m. The parade will kick off at 10 a.m. sharp.
The parade will leave Asbury, turn left onto Beach Road, and proceed to Hall Road ending at the festival grounds: Fox Hill Neighborhood Center, 65 Hall Road.
Any vehicles (including those towing floats) must be properly insured and licensed and driven by operators possessing a valid driver’s license.
Bicycles are allowed marching units are allowed (children’s groups shall have a sufficient number of adults to ensure safety)
Animals must be under the control of a handler at all times and the handlers are responsible for cleaning up any waste.
Units may distribute items (flyers, candy, etc but MUST NOT throw them to the crowd. Violators will be removed from the parade immediately and will not be permitted to participate in future parades.
In the event of inclement weather, the parade will be canceled and there is no rain date (Notice of such a decision will be posted on the Facebook page of the Fox Hill Neighborhood Center)
